1.What are Exec Business Centers? How do they differ from traditional offices?

Our 2 centers are located in mayor financial and commercial areas of Uruguay.
Exec has very convenient locations near Carrasco International Airport, Tres Cruces bus terminal, ferry terminal and the best residential areas of Montevideo.
In Exec your project or company will have a fully furnished office with professional services, paying just one monthly fee. Meeting rooms, bilingual reception services, IT services, last generation telephone services and cyber café are also available.
However, in traditional offices to start working you must incur in a series of expenses and dealings, costing you time and money. Before being productive you must:

  • Sign a 2 year agreement, for a fixed space office
  • Make a deposit
  • Pay to modify the needed space
  • Buy office furniture
  • Hire several service providers (telephone, internet, maintenance)
  • Project and install your own connection infrastructure
  • Hire support and reception staff
  • Dedicate time, resources and money

2. Which are EBC agreement terms?

Our Agreements are very simple. You control the term of your equipped office, co working or virtual office agreement – from one month to five years – so you can grow and rely on our administrative support and necessary additional equipment without spending additional capital.

3. Are your Business Centers located in a convenient place for my business?

EXEC has 2 Business Centers located at two mayor business areas of Montevideo.

  • In Buceo, the newest commercial area in town. Integrated to the WTC Montevideo, an AAA business complex, in a cosmopolitan environment, very favorable for doing business and project a solid and global image of your company.

  • In Ciudad Vieja, located in the historical building Pablo Ferrando, in front of the Pedestrian Street Sarandí, it is integrated to the city finest business area, near Uruguay Government buildings, banks and international agencies.

With these two strategic addresses there is no need to search exhaustively for a suitable place of business.

4. What happens if my office space must be moved?

It is not a problem; since each center features 40 and 70 work stations, EXEC may easily adapt itself to your business necessities.

Traditional rent agreements are not flexible. But using an EBC you may expand or reduce the size of your office according to your needs. You pay for the necessary space.

5. Can I choose the layout of my office?

EXEC offers different floor plans to adapt to your necessities. In our BC you don’t incur in set up costs as in traditional office agreements. You may select a single occupancy office, a team office or an open space work area. All EXEC offices are fully equipped with state of the art technology and telecommunications packages.

6. Do I need to buy my own equipment?

No. EBC are fully equipped. We feature contemporary office furniture, high speed internet connection, fax and copy machines, printers, videoconferencing, all necessary staff, reception areas, meeting rooms and cyber café. On the other hand, in a traditional rent agreement, you should furnish and equip your office at your own expenses and that could take weeks or even months. At EXEC you start to work immediately.

7. Do you have support staff at EBC?

At EBC our bilingual reception staff is always at your disposal to handle your daily administrative tasks or to provide you with secretarial support when needed. It is not necessary to hire external administrative personnel to contact your providers and manage your office.

8. When can I start to work in my new office?

The process to rent an office in Montevideo may take weeks or even months. However, in EXEC an office may be planned in accordance to your necessities and be ready in days or even hours. You will be able to sign your agreement with EXEC one day and move the next day.
