EXEC Built to Suit Offices offers complete project management services during all stages of implementation for your new office fitting in process, ranging from: renting the proper office space at the location of your choice, the architectural and engineering project coordination, overall furniture and technology specifications, capital investment in the necessary infrastructure. After client moves in, we provide Facility Management services.

After finishing the fitting in work, and once the offices are ready to start, EXEC Built to Suit Offices is able to manage your daily operations, as:

  • Selection and coordination of cleaning and general maintenance services
  • If requested, service management for receptionist
